I am responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our company's Information Systems.

I have worked as a contract business consultant since 1996. My specialty is teaching small business owners and busy individuals how to maximize the use of computer hardware, software and other relevant technology. I am dedicated to developing streamline systems and client independence to reduce the requirement for outsourcing. As a whole, my consulting business has been tailored to helping clients integrate as much or as little technology as they wish to work with; to manage and run their lives and businesses more efficiently.

My earliest work experiences formed the foundation of my professional goals. While technology can be daunting and intimidating to some, it is my goal to make it applicable and useful. And, dare I say fun and friendly! Technology is an ever changing but integral part of our daily lives. My philosophy is that the use of technology should be efficient, reduce waste and make short order of what we need to do, allowing us time to do what we want to do.

I received a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture from New Mexico State University in 1987 majoring in Animal and Range Science; and Agricultural Economics and Business with an emphasis in Business Management. I began a Master's Degree but moved to Dillingham, Alaska before completing the program. I hold a current real estate license and stay informed with market conditions within our metropolitan area. I consider it my mission to support our brokers with their business and technology needs.

I have worked Out-of-the-Box since 1996. I love the flexibility of working around my family and the time and needs of my clients. I cherish the love and boundless support of my family, husband and two daughters, without which my very unconventional personal and professional lifestyle would not have been possible.

Together with Sherry and Lorrie, I will continue to build upon my experience, knowledge and resources to facilitate the success of our brokers as well as our company. I look forward to what the future holds!
